Prince William and Princess Kate delighted royal fans as the royal couple began a joyful era of their lives.

A happy chapter has finally begun for the couple, who faced “brutal” health challenges in 2024.

As reported by The sunRoyal expert Sarah Hewson shared that the future king “seemed more relaxed, we’ve seen him all year.”

Speaking about his visit to Cape Town, she said: “We saw him relaxing. This is what they call his ‘Superbowl moment’ – receiving the Earthshot Award.”

“He talked about the children, he talked about Catherine, he seemed much calmer after an extremely difficult year,” she added.

It is pertinent to mention that the Prince of Wales spoke about the hardest year of his life, during which his father, King Charles, and his beloved wife were diagnosed with cancer.

While praising his brave father and his lovely better half, William said: “…I’m so proud of my wife, I’m proud of my dad for overcoming the things they did. But from a personal family perspective.” See, it was, yes, it was brutal.

Additionally, royal editor Chris Ship claimed that William and Catherine have entered a new era of life as they appear ready to embrace the opportunities ahead.
