A new Nintendo Direct will show “big things” in the stream on November 11th. But you would have to travel 8000 kilometers to experience life.

Fans have been speculating about the successor to the Nintendo Switch for months. After Nintendo officially broke the silence about the features of the “Switch 2”, all hopes are placed on the Direct Show today, November 11th. But here comes the surprise: Instead of a console, it’s an attraction for which fans would have to travel 8,000 kilometers to experience the innovations live. But some adamantly believe it will be a big surprise.

Nintendo Direct on November 11th – start, German times and watch live

All times today: The show will be broadcast live on November 11th at 11:00 p.m. German time. This corresponds to US time 2 p.m. PT. The new Nintendo Direct will last around 10 minutes, Big-N reveals in a tweet. And “unfortunately” also the topic of the new Direct.

Direct topic: The presentation is all about the new Donkey Kong expansion in the Super Nintendo World Park in far-off Osaka. The highlight: a Donkey Kong country-themed area with new attractions and interactive experiences. But no word on the Switch 2 – at least not officially. According to the official information about the backwards compatibility of the Switch 2, there seems to be a feeling of optimism in the long-dead topic. Price and hardware: According to current speculation, the price of the Switch 2 is said to be around $400 – this would make the new Nintendo console a cheaper alternative to the expensive PS5 Pro. Leaks for the release of Switch 2: Aside from the official information, there are a number of leaks and rumors surrounding the Nintendo Switch 2. Insiders report that the console could possibly appear at the end of this year or at the beginning of 2025, in time for the big Christmas shopping season. But when you look at the calendar, that becomes increasingly unlikely.
