Signal officially supports Windows on Arm

Messenger Signal has announced support for Windows 11 on Arm on Snapdragon processes. According to the development team, users no longer have to configure their processor for x86 emulation in order to use Signal on the computer. Update 7.34.0, which brings support, is now available. It also includes a fix for a bug that affected the functionality of the dark theme.

Windows Arm systems struggled with compatibility problems when they were introduced because common software was not designed for use on the new chips. However, all major developers have now switched to programming native versions. Microsoft also recently announced that it would be offering ISO files for Arm systems for download (“Swiss IT Magazine” reported). (doc)
