Gisele Bündchen Admits There’s No ‘Perfect Roadmap’ for Life After Divorce from Tom Brady, Pregnancy News

Gisele Bündchen shared that there is no “perfect plan” for her life following her divorce from Tom Brady and the bombshell pregnancy news.

“There is no guide to life, no perfect roadmap to follow,” the model wrote on Instagram on Thursday alongside a photo of herself basking in the sun on a dock.

“But remember that everything you are is a choice! Feeling good, being healthy, and developing a positive attitude are daily choices that only you can commit to.”

Bündchen, 44, continued: “Every day presents an opportunity to choose habits that nourish your body, lift your spirit and guide you toward the life you truly want to live. 🙏🏽.”

The mom-to-be’s encouraging message comes after sources told People that she and boyfriend Joaquim Valente, 35, would be welcoming their first child together.

“Gisele and Joaquim are excited about this new chapter in their lives and look forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the entire family,” a source told the magazine.

Insiders told TMZ that Bündchen is six months pregnant and the baby is expected to arrive in early 2025.

The Brazilian beauty kept her pregnancy a secret, but since the news broke, she has been flaunting her bump while training and attending events.

Bündchen was recently photographed wearing leggings and a tank top as she headed to the gym on Wednesday.

Sources previously reported that the mother of two got together with Valente, her jiu-jitsu instructor, after she and 47-year-old Brady split.

In February, insiders told Us the couple was “deeply in love.”

Bündchen and Brady, meanwhile, announced in November 2022 that they were separating after 13 years of marriage.

The exes share Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, and the NFL alum is also father to 17-year-old son Jack with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

Earlier this month, an insider told Page Six that Bündchen and Brady were “open” to having another baby before giving it up.

Another source told Us that Bündchen’s pregnancy news left the New England Patriots alum “stunned,” and a third source added that Brady is currently single.
