With Season 1 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, there are also big changes coming to Warzone. One thing remains the same: lots of weapons that hardly anyone uses.

The first season of the new CoD generation starts on November 14th. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is getting its first battle pass and new content. The “Warzone integration” is also coming up. The Omni-Movement is coming to Battle Royale, a new map is at the start and further adjustments. The BO6 weapons are also coming to Warzone and allow the arsenal to be placed quickly.

With Season 1 there are again 40 more weapons in Warzone

Then how many weapons are there in Warzone? Since 2020, the CoD premium title has worked hand in hand with the battle royale Warzone. The first Warzone was intended as an additional mode for Modern Warfare 2019 and was actually only supposed to run until the release of CoD Cold War, which appeared at the end of 2021. But the success of Warzone ensures that it just keeps going. Even back then, Warzone 1, which was later renamed “Warzone: Caldera” and closed, had many weapons. Now the same applies again to the current Warzone: With Season 1 of Black Ops 6 there will be 176:

The problem: The old weapons from the last two Modern Warfare CoDs are useless for most players and are probably too weak to keep up with the current meta anyway. So far, the “Warzone integration” has always been followed by the same game. The new weapons outperform the old shooting irons. If not for damage, then for other values. When switching to Cold War, for example, the Movement had new weapons. They were simply faster.
